SEDLECKÁ CESTA

The area between the road and the adjacent field is grassy, bordered by mixed vegetation of trees and shrubs. This green area has an important insulating and protective function, but it is not yet fully developed (there are gaps in places). Given the constraints of the area, we are filling in the vacant spaces in the vegetation belt by planting shrubs of dogwood, which is a native species and is ideal for the site.

Planting objectives:

• To increase the insulating and protective role of the vegetation, which helps to separate and protect different parts of the area.
• Improving the overall aesthetic appearance of the area to make it pleasant and harmonious.
• To improve the local microclimate through the green element, which has a positive effect on temperature and humidity.
• Enhancing the use value of the site for residents and nature.
• Providing a suitable habitat for small animals, which are an important part of the ecosystem.
• Promoting species richness and biodiversity in the area.

With the ALEJ A1 – SEDLECKA ROAD project we aim to transform this area into a harmonious and useful part of our environment, fulfilling many important functions and providing aesthetic and ecological benefits.
